Everyone thinks you can't eat a lot when in fact if you're eating "super clean" or the old school way of doing things you probably eat more. The other morning I had 9 egg whites, 3 eggs, and some cheese.
The point I'm trying to make is that you don't have to restrict your calories to hardly anything just to lose weight. If you want to lose weight and the simplest form is to eat a LITTLE less and move more.
