  • Supplements aren't everything
Too many people think that taking the right supplements is what gets you bigger or leaner. While they do help, they don’t do all the work for you. You’ve got to put in the work to get the results and supplements will help along the way. Don’t rely on supplements alone or else you’ll look just about the same only with less money in the bank!

  • People are going to judge no matter what
I’m going to let you in on a little secret..if you’re doing something out of the ordinary, people are going to critique and/or criticize you. Let the nay sayers talk and take the “advice” they give you if you think it’s applicable, but most of the time it will be discouraging. Just know everyone who does something different faces this and that you aren’t alone!

  • Life hack to getting the body you desire
Most of society would tell you it’s not worth being in great(for you) shape. They’d rather you just stay like “them” and not getting any better or work on yourself in any way. Obviously this is an issue and we all face it, but how do we get past this? You have to find new friends. I know, that’s easier said than done, but it’s true. If you don’t surround yourself with people who are trying to do the same thing and stick with people who aren’t trying to get in shape, you likely won't get in s

  • Stop justifying your actions
Too many of us try to justify why we don’t have something in life. Whether that be financial stability, a high paying job, a good looking significant other, being overweight, or having a good family relationship
We always try to justify why we lack something instead of taking responsibility for the lack of instead of and doing something about it
Change doesn’t require you doing everything differently in your life. It only takes one or two small things done consistently to make significant changes in l

  • Finding the right gym is important
Yes working out on your own can be effective, but there are days when you need that extra push. When you find a great gym, you want to go to see your "family." It makes the days you don't feel like going a little easier, because you know that you have people their who will notice when you're gone. Also they can help push you to do more reps or weight during your workout. There's so many benefits, but these are just a couple.
Go out there, find a gym that fits you, and get after it!

  • Stop blaming social media
Social media isn’t your problem, you are!!
Stop blaming things or people for you not getting what you want. If you want something, you’ve got to work at it every single day and never stop until you have it!!
Pick a goal, write it down, and then list 5 daily things that will get you to that goal. Do those 5 things until you have whatever it is you wanted. If you aren’t doing something daily then you won’t ever get it!

  • Why I prep meals for traveling
You HAVE to be prepared. If you want something bad enough, you have to do everything you can to get it.
I’m out of town for a job and I had to pack a bunch of meals. Why? Because I’m on a mission. I’m preparing for a bodybuilding show and so I have to be on a strict diet. There is no room for extra calories.
