On her first mat leave, Natalia was constantly tired, stressed, worried, and seeing the challenge in her every day. After having her second son, she saw a difference in her attitude. she knew what she wanted, gave herself space, asked for help, and released her expectations. She was able to enjoy even the smallest milestones.  She felt happier within herself! 

What changed? She worked with personal development and peak performance coaches, completed a program on mediation, intuition and coaching, worked with a transformational healer, and developed a morning and bedtime routine. The self work, the exploration, the uncovering awoke something inside of her. The morning routine changed everything. She started with physical movement, had visualizations about her future, and gave space to her intuition. It altered Her perspective, wants and goals.

She developed this life purpose coaching practice to do exactly this for other women. Her mission is to inspire and support women to discover their bold intuitive selves. She guides women to uncover the power in themselves. Seeing that they are already the person they want to become, just crack it open! Let that version of you flow through and release expectations.
