Your thoughts need a container, be that another person, paper journaling, phone memo journaling, or a piece of artwork. I talk about arthritis and that it is an opportunity to experience a new deminsional understanding. I get reflective about my life and it's mortality and what I want to do and be from this moment moving forward. I pray that you see yourself as good and get away from perfect.
