Sometimes, we think that we must have things in order to reach a happy, joyful state. In this episode, we break down the equation in the reverse. We talk about how to start from within to reach a life of fulfillment. When we choose the commitments of our hearts, we find that life naturally becomes more blissful, exciting, and inspiring. When living from our our commitments, we become more alert to the lessons to learn and grow from in our evolution! This allows for the opportunity to grow and enjoy the journey's ups AND downs.
