Journey through '1/10' to Reveal Your Healthy Patterns & Release the Old
Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, deep breath in slow breath out allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath allowing the body to relax and the mind to remain alert
Take your attention to the base chakra, breathing in through the base up the internal tube and out through the crown. In through the base, up the internal tube and out through the crown. See or sense a bubble of purple light forming in front of your forehead. On the next in breath, breath into the bubble all the tension in your body. Breathing into the purple bubble all the stress of your day, the tension build up and the frustration you've stored in your body. Breath it all into the purple bubble.
Feel the tension build in the front of your forehead as you push everything into that purple bubble. The tension so high, feel the bubble expand to the point of an overfilled balloon and watch the balloon burst. As it does, feel all the tension drain from your body – feeling your system relax and the mind remain alert.
On the next in breath feel your awareness being drawn in through the base chakra.
In this energy – feel your awareness see or sense a giant tree in front of you, the trunk of the tree very thick, feel the wisdom very old trees give off having felt life in the physical beyond a human life span.
In your mind, as you move towards the tree, see or sense a door in it's trunk.
Opening the door – go inside to find yourself inside the core of the tree. If you can't see then sense. Sense as the door closes behind you and you find yourself in the core energy of your physical 1/10 vibration.
In your mind, look above you, you'll see or sense the 1/10 at the top, the vibration of the whole self connecting with you below. See or sense the beauty of this energy and how it should pass effortlessly between the top and the bottom.
From the vibration of the 1/10 at the bottom, feel what your physical vulnerabilities are – the energy your health carries both physically and emotionally. Feel what is stored here in your fear vibration and how this energy risks being activated in the 1/10 year. Become aware of what those are unique to you.
If you feel numb or have zoned out – those are your physical vulnerabilities in the 1/10 energy. You zone or numb out. Now in a blink of an eye, think your way to the top of the tree, the 1/10 above your 1/10 at the foot of the tree. Feel yourself entering the lightness of the 1/10 at the top.
Now in your mind look down at your vibration at the 1/10 below. See or sense from above what your physical vulnerabilities really are. Notice any that keep you in isolation. Notice from the whole self perspective what you shut out in your physical world.
From this space see or sense what it is you're to do this year to protect the core of who you are. What are the vulnerabilities of the physical and what courage are you to find to ultilise the connection between the 1/10 at the top of the tree and the 1/10 at the bottom.
Feel your 1/10 at the top pass a connection to your 1/10 at the bottom. See or sense any weakness in the connection, the grey areas or where the connection is frayed. As you do, feel in your awareness what those relate to in your life – and in your acknowledgement, feel the weakness dissolve.
Begin to feel the strength of connection between the two 1/10 energies. As you do, see or sense yourself as the 1/10 at the bottom of the tree acknowledge your presence at the top. As you do, feel the health tensions in your mind and body dissolve and begin to feel the experience of expansion in the 1/10.
As you do – feel the connection bring you back to the physical self, the 1/10 at the bottom of the tree. From this space feel your awareness spread through the body, in your mind throwing roots out from the bottom of your feet, feeling deep into the energy of the roots of the tree.
In your mind now open the door in the trunk of the tree and step back into the physical self. In your mind focussing on your breathing gently returning to the physical body and when you're ready, open your eyes
