Helen Bucher's path has been a varied one, starting out as a nurse, then going to selling organic food, organic cosmetics, and ultimately becoming a Naturopathic Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach. As a Swiss Rejuvenation Specialist, Helen focuses on the "tender slender" woman, who faces very specific health challenges with her fine boned and highly sensitive body, as well as her mind and spirit. Helen’s healing and rejuvenation processes are rooted in purifying and harmonizing the outer as well as the inner Self. She created the Womangrace Rejuvenation Year as a lovely path of restoration,  where she brings to bear the science of Aging and Rejuvenation with traditional Ayurvedic secrets, all with compassionate and crystal clear mentoring from a woman who truly walks her talk.
