Helen Goh joins Jamila Rizvi and Astrid Edwards from London to discuss comfort and comfort food.

Helen was born in Malaysia but started her cooking career in Australia. After seven years as head pastry chef at Donovans, a landmark Melbourne restaurant, she moved to London and joined Yotam Ottolenghi's team. Helen has worked closely with Yotam as the lead product developer for over a decade, and she is the creative and comforting force behind the phenomenal cookbook Sweet.
