Then how my business and brand grew but I slowly began to neglect my health and physique and found myself increasing in bodyweight and in and out hospitals every few months.
Finally tipping the scales over 350 pounds, finally facing the raw truths of my own self sabotage, the destructive behavior I had made a habit of, to finally draw the line in the sand to lose over 100 pounds in the next 5 months. What led to the change?
