A Prince George is wanted by Henrico Police for construction fraud, and police believe there may be more victims. Charles Edwards Bartley, 46, owned and operated a pool company called Dynasty Pools Inc. and entered into a contract with victims in 2021 for work that was supposed to be completed by October 2023 but instead never was completed. Keep Virginia Beautiful is currently accepting applications for its annual Green Grants program, which aims to fund projects that help keep Virginia beautiful. Thirty grant awards will be announced in June, one day at a time throughout the month. The application period is open through April 30. Proposals may be submitted for any of four categories: litter prevention, cigarette litter prevention, community beautification, and recycling.
