The Concert Ballet of Virginia will present its adaptation of Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley's classic horror story "Frankenstein" at J.R. Five motorcyclists have died on Virginia roads during the past week – three of them in Henrico – and the Virginia State Police are encouraging motorcyclists to take a safety course in an effort to reduce the number of accidents. Local governments will have to find other ways of funding school construction and modernization costs after Gov. Glenn Youngkin vetoed legislation on Monday that would have allowed them to impose a 1% sales tax for such projects.
