On a small plot of land in Sandston, Virginia is a big showing of appreciation: 140 American flags fly beside C&F Bank off Williamsburg Road. Alice E. Kellum, 83, of Highland Springs, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023. She was a retired employee of AT & T and was a member of New Bridge Baptist Church. William “Bill” Barker, 80, of Henrico, Virginia, peacefully passed away on November 4th. Born to Samuel and Luciele Barker, in Richmond, VA, he was a devoted son and brother. She passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 65, after a sudden illness. Born on September 26, 1958 to Roy and Ester Allison in Ogden, UT, she spent her childhood in Lompoc, CA, before moving to Alamogordo, NM.
