Henrico Police arrested and charged a 68-year-old man they believe went on an early morning rampage in Lakeside, smashing garage doors at three separate buildings, including a fire station and rescue squad. The suspect, Lawrence S. Ingraham, faces three counts of felony vandalism, one for each location. Southwest Airlines recently announced that it will offer new nonstop flights from Richmond to two major U.S. cities in the coming days and weeks.
