Henrico County reported 102 new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday, as cases begin to level-out after last Friday's surge, according to the Virginia Department of Health. The seven-day moving average of new daily cases in Henrico continues to hover at about 139 daily cases. Henrico Police have arrested and charged a second man in connection with a shooting that occurred Feb. 4 near the intersection of Laburnum Avenue and Mechanicsville Turnpike Marquis Jamahn Alston, 19, of Richmond, faces two counts of malicious wounding and two counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
