Stu is joined by former course manager Mark Jones. Mark's career in green keeping was turned on its head when he felt he must resign from his position as course manager at Morecambe golf club. The manner in which Mark was escorted off the premises left him feeling like a criminal and he took the brave decision to pursue a case for constructive dismissal against the golf club. In episode 1 Mark explains his career in turf, how he ended up at Morecambe after a long and distinguished career in the Manchester area and the events that lead up to his day in court.

Stu is joined by a former work colleague, Zach, to discuss his career to date and how his life has progressed since making a pre Brexit move to holland. Initially making the move as a seasonal staff member Zach has moved through the ranks and is currently working as an acting head greenkeeper.
