Hi my name is Felicia (hi Felicia) .... and I have trouble saying no.
Have you ever had one of those moments of pause when life seems to slow down just enough for you to realize what's really important to you, who you value and how you truly want to spend your life? Today I reflect on those times when life has stopped for me and what I regret NOT doing after they were over.
Today's episode is about people who claim to be tolerant human rights advocates who are really using social justice as an excuse to bully people or to be unnecessarily hateful towards groups that they know they won’t be called out for offending.
Today's episode is about how to cope with "Imposter Syndrome" and feeling like you're faking your way through life. And if you do feel that way, know that you're not alone — we're all doing it.
Today's episode is all about food and trying to motivate myself to eat healthy despite loving takeout. This isn't about weight loss or about looking a certain way — it's about eating good to feel good and how the 80/20 rule kinda feels like a set up.
*Disclaimer: I'm not a nutritionist or dietitian and do not provide recommendations for specific diets or any medical advice in this podcast.
Today’s episode is about how you’re ruining your life with social media but how social media might not be the problem.
I don’t want you to think of this as “victim blaming” but instead think of it as empowering.
Today's episode is about political correctness, identity politics & my issues with people getting offended over everything.

So after a lot of thinking I've decided to end the podcast. I want to say thanks to everyone that consistently took time out to listen to me ramble into my microphone every Thursday for the past year or so. I explain everything in this episode and I hope that you can both forgive me for being a flop and understand where I'm coming from.
Today I wanted to give you an update on what life has been like since going vegan. In this podcast I cover my health, cost of living, how veganism has impacted my relationships and share some tips on maintaining your sanity and share how I personally view and navigate veganism.
