On the road, one thing is certain, NOTHING IS certain. There are always delays, change of plans and you quickly learn to adapt and just roll with the punches.
I'm loving being back on the road, hanging with my kindred souls, surrounded by so much talent. I just wanted to pop in and share my current state and experience.
No matter what you do for a living, we all have to just stay flexible and

What if the reason you feel stuck or life isn't working as planned is because you’re trying too hard?
In this episode, I’m getting real about walking away from perfection, people-pleasing, and the constant pressure to prove something. Chasing approval, money, or “getting it right” doesn’t create freedom—it creates burnout.
This is your permission slip to stop performing your life.
We talk about:
This isn’t about giving up.
It’s about letting go of what was never yours to carry.
And choosing a different way.
A softer way.
A freer way.
A more YOU way.
A small shift you can start today:
Pause.
Take a breath.
Ask yourself: Would I still do this if no one was watching?
That answer will tell you everything.

In this episode, I sit down with Sulo King — club promoter, musician, wellness coach, and entrepreneur — for a raw, honest conversation about the evolution of the San Diego music scene… and what it really takes to survive in it.
We dive into how things used to be vs. what they are now — from packed clubs and organic connection to the post-pandemic shift that changed everything. The scene didn’t just evolve… it got disrupted.
We talk about:
What the pandemic really did to nightlife and music culture
Why some artists and promoters disappeared… and others adapted
The balance between ego, authenticity, and staying relevant
The unexpected power of humility and kindness in a competitive scene
Why being rebellious still matters — now more than ever
This episode is for artists, creators, and anyone navigating change — especially if you’ve ever felt like the game shifted overnight.
Because it did.
And the ones who make it?
They’re not just talented…
They’re adaptable, grounded, and unapologetically themselves.

What happens when you finally get honest with yourself and realize you've been living a mediocre life.
Not terrible. Not rock bottom.
But nowhere near your full power.
In this raw solo episode, I’m sharing the shift that changed everything— and share practices to take radical responsibility for your life, energy and habits to get the results you actually want… finally stepping out of the comfort zone that's keeping you stuck.
The truth might hurt but will set you free.
And the power of mentorship—how learning from people like Tony Robbins and Cathy Heller helped me see what I couldn’t see in myself… and why sometimes you need to borrow belief until you can fully own it.
This episode is your reminder that:
You are not stuck.
You are not a victim.
And you are capable of so much more than you’ve been settling for.
A morning ritual to activate your mind and energy
How to shift your emotional state instantly
The power of Gratitude & Visualization
The importance of checking yourself out of victim mode
An evening routine to rewire your brain for gratitude and success
This is your wake-up call.
This is your moment to raise your standards. Own your life and start creating momentum.
No more waiting.
No more excuses.
Enjoy these powerful practices, the daily action steps and my special affirmation/meditation.

For a while I couldn’t figure out why I kept avoiding making music.
Every time I thought about recording again, something in me resisted. It felt strange… because music has always been one of the most powerful parts of my life.
Then I realized something surprisingly simple.
It wasn’t the music.
It was my tools.
My unstable laptop and constant technical issues had slowly drained the joy out of the creative process. Instead of feeling inspired, I felt frustrated before I even started.
At the same time, I’ve been decluttering my life in a big way — my home, my studio, my schedule, and even the mental noise.
And something interesting started happening.
The more space I created, the more creativity started flowing again.
In this episode I share the realization that changed everything — and the exciting new idea I’m exploring next.
I’m considering launching a creative experiment called The Freedom Song Project — where real stories of freedom, reinvention, and breaking rules could become real songs.
Supporters wouldn’t just be backers… they’d be collaborators.
Voice lessons, decluttering sessions, Kundalini yoga, breathwork, creative coaching, even writing custom songs together.
If you believe creativity needs space…
If you love music and bold ideas…
And if you’ve ever had the courage to start over in life…
This episode is for you.
