In this episode, we delve into the profound practice of Isvara Pranidhana, the last of Patanjali’s Niyamas in the Yoga Sutras. Isvara Pranidhana, or "creative surrender," invites us to relinquish control and surrender to a higher power, the divine flow that guides the universe. Whether you perceive this as a religious figure, the energy of the universe, or a guiding force, this meditation is designed to open your heart to the beauty of surrendering to something greater than yourself.
Join us as we guide you through a peaceful meditation, beginning in a comfortable seated position and progressing into a state of deep relaxation and openness. We'll explore the essence of Isvara Pranidhana, encouraging you to let go of resistance, attachments, and the need to control, instead placing your trust in the wisdom of the higher power you connect with.
As you're gently led to focus on your breath and the heart center, envisioning a warm, glowing light of love and compassion, you'll be invited to silently embrace the mantra "Isvara Pranidhana." This practice not only aids in releasing personal burdens but also in fostering a trusting relationship with the universe's divine flow.

In this episode, we invite you to embark on a journey to inner peace and anxiety relief through a mindful guided meditation.
Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without interruptions. Whether you choose to close your eyes or set a soft gaze on a point in front of you, allow yourself to be fully present in this moment. Our guide will lead you through deep, soothing breaths, helping to ease any tension in your body and mind.
Imagine yourself at the edge of a serene, sunlit lake, surrounded by the gentle rustle of leaves in a soft breeze. Here, you'll confront your anxiety as a dark cloud overhead, visualising it dissolving with each breath, leaving behind a clear, open sky.
Holding a smooth stone, symbolising your inner strength and calm, you'll gently toss it into the lake. Watch the ripples spread, echoing your affirmations of safety, calm, and control. This visualisation aids in reinforcing your ability to manage thoughts and emotions, grounding you in the present moment.
We'll introduce a mindful prompt: "Am I okay right now?" to anchor you in the now, guiding you to recognise your current state of well-being. This practice encourages a profound connection with the present, often revealing that, in this moment, all is well.
As the meditation draws to a close, we gently guide you back to your surroundings, inviting you to carry the sense of calm and empowerment with you. Reflect on the experience with gratitude, acknowledging your commitment to self-care and peace.
This meditation is your retreat, a safe haven to which you can return anytime you need to find tranquility and reassurance. Remember, you are in control, you are safe, and you are calm.
In this session, you'll be guided through a series of calming visualisation techniques, beginning with a deep relaxation of the body. We focus on releasing tension and stress, allowing your mind to find peace and your body to reach a state of complete comfort. As you travel through this meditative landscape, you'll encounter a symbolic door, opening the way to your dreams and aspirations. Here, you'll immerse yourself in a vivid manifestation of your desires – visualising success, joy, and fulfilment.
In this episode, we'll begin with a guided meditation to help you cultivate a sense of calm and create a space space for introspection.
As we move into the yoga flow, we'll incorporate slow, gentle movements that allow you to move mindfully, connecting your breath to your body. We'll focus on opening up the heart center and releasing tension in the hips and shoulders, helping you to feel grounded and centered.
Throughout the practice, we encourage you to stay present, to observe any sensations or thoughts that arise, and to cultivate a sense of self-compassion and acceptance.
This practice is perfect for anyone looking to find some inner calm and balance in their life, whether you're new to yoga and meditation or a seasoned practitioner. So join us on the mat, take a deep breath, and let's begin our practice.
Welcome to our playful and curious guided meditation and yoga flow! In this episode, we'll begin by settling into a comfortable position and using our imaginations to explore the joys of playfulness and curiosity.
As we tap into our playful energy, we'll gradually transition into a gentle and fluid vinyasa yoga practice. With each breath and movement, we'll embrace a sense of lightness and joy, allowing ourselves to be fully present in the moment and free from judgment or self-doubt.
Throughout the practice, we'll invite a sense of curiosity and playfulness into each pose, encouraging ourselves to explore and experiment with our bodies in new and creative ways. We'll flow through a series of gentle movements, building strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to our playful selves.
Find a cosy spot, seated or lying down. This practice will guide you to a safe space where we'll check in with our senses and find a bit of grounding in our day. This is a helpful practice if you are feeling anxious or ungrounded in some way.
