I'm open to exploring a messy journey in this process to food freedom.
I'm open to the messiness because I know it is not perfect, it is never going to be perfect. This path is not linear.
I know this might feel scary. And guess what some days are going to be hard. It isn't going to look exactly the way that I want it to. But I get unlimited attempts to do it just a little bit differently each and every day.
I am open to failure, because with failure comes growth and opportunity.
I am open to accepting that this process takes time and practice. Today I am going to do just that. Practice being my whole, human, mess self.
I am open to learning that I am enough, as this imperfect human.
I am open to learning, believing, and feeling that I am enough.
