Paul and Tom discuss the difference between exercise and movement and why movement can be the missing piece in a busy parent's life.
I met up recently with a close friend of mine, Tom Ahern. We went for a coffee and a talk about all things physical and mental health related.
It was there we realised that being around people that contribute to your life is a powerful thing to recognise. So we met again, and again, and again after that.
We kept on meeting until we realised that pressing record on these chats might be a good idea.
So here we are! Doing a weekly spot on the Hero Life Podcast.
If you want to be around constructive energy and learn how to add to your physical and mental well-being, tune in every week to our weekly pod. We welcome any questions or suggest topics for us to discuss in the future.
We are all ears 👂🏼.
