Join us in hearing about Corinne Westeman's experience of moving from Witchita, Kansas to Denver, Colorado! She has been in Denver for about 4 years now and has really enjoyed living in Golden, primarily because she lives so close to the mountains! Her move away from her family hasn't always been a smooth ride. She shares how she built her support system when she moved here and how she continues to keep close ties with her family back in Kansas. In her words, "You just have to find a balance between the familiar and unfamiliar" (she put her room together with the same arrangement that she had in Witchita so her room felt more like home).
To reach Corinne and find out more about how to build and grow your support system when moving to a different city, you can send her an email at [email protected] or find her on Facebook. We hope you enjoy this third episode!

Join us in hearing about Christina Praetzel's journey in trusting God to find the right partner for life! She shares her journey through college and into her career, tells us the story of how she met her significant other and explains how trust and patience was most important while waiting for the right man to come into her life. And it was worth the wait! In her words, "If you want to experience the good things of life and experience the true joys, you have to open up your heart and be vulnerable!" She had the courage to say to herself "I'm not saying a real yes until I know that this is the man God wants me to date right now!"
To reach Christina you can find her on Facebook (search for Christina Praetzel). She is a musician! She sings, plays the piano, and writes her own lyrics about her past experiences and other areas of her life that were inspired by God! She even wrote and recorded a song called "Sweet Waiting" which is about waiting for the right person to come into your life! You can find this song on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3RX-CI4YS0. We hope you enjoy this second episode!
