Our thoughts create our reality and in this episode I am sharing a replay from my Master Your Mindset Masterclass. I want to encourage you to challenge your thought patterns and introduce you to the "Flip Method" that can help you replace negative thoughts with empowering ones. It's important to me that you engage in self-reflection, self-awareness, and take aligned action for your personal growth.
I will also be sharing two daily mindset tools that you can incorporate into your routine. The first is the "Proud of Me" practice, which will help you acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they may seem. The second is a gratitude practice, where you can express gratitude for the things and people in your life.
In the episode, I will be chatting with the ladies that were on live so you will hear some back and forth interaction, but I hope their vulnerability makes you feel like you are not alone in the thoughts that you are having. If you're struggling with comparison or negative thoughts, I will provide advice and guidance to help you navigate through those challenges.
I hope you find this episode insightful and empowering as we dive into mastering our mindset together. If you loved this episode please leave a rating and review for the podcast, I love reading them and appreciate them more than you know!

I am dropping this episode of the Her.Unlocked Podcast very intentionally before the holidays because I want to share with you how to be more intentional in your spending to thoughtfully consider asking for or investing in things that are going to have ongoing ROI. I will share with you my examples of things I have asked for both tangible and intangible as gifts that have made a significant impact in my life.
I want to encourage you to invest in yourself during the holiday season instead of focusing solely on material gifts. I truly believe that personal growth is the best gift you can give yourself. So, why not consider investing in hobbies, health, certifications, passion projects, or even trips that refresh your soul?
