Recipe of the week

'Korean/Italian Pasta'

#1 - 300 Grams of Spaghetti into boiling water

#2 - Grab a Large pan (Medium Heat)

#3 - Throw some butter or oil in the pan

#4 -  ADD 4 Cloves of garlic (sliced and crushed) 

#5 - ADD thinly sliced scallions

#6 - ADD 2 tablespoons of Gochujang Paste (Find at most Supermarkets)

#7 - Mix and throw a little pasta water in it to stop it from burning

#8 - ADD 1 Tablespoon of Rice Wine Vinegar

#9 - ADD 1 Tablespoon of Honey

#10 - ADD Pasta to the pan & Mix through (Continue to ADD Pasta Water till you reach a consistency of your liking.)

#11 - Serve
