We all die a multitude of deaths throughout our lives. Very high vibe, but a key lesson. We have many lives to live, enjoy and maximise. End of an era for Warwick Wednesdays and netball. Time bucket your life so you don't miss out on the last netball match.

Strive or sprive for a better life. Strike the right balance between money, health and time. Reflections on promotion hell and apologies that my phone rang again. Will be on silent going forward.

Finally at the end of the Power of Now. This taught us that we usually chase happiness when actually all we probably want is peace. In contrast, peace doesn't depend on life being perfect - it depends on us not fighting life.
