This is a short audio post, and it isn’t numbered because it’s not a formal interview. 

Earlier this year, I gave a short talk about my work and my own experiences. This was at the Archives of the Impossible conference at Rice University in Houston, Texas. I was invited to this impressive event by Jeff Kripal and Karin Austin. I thank them at the beginning. I also said this was a big deal for me, and it was.

This follow-up conversation with Samantha was inspired by an owl. Really. 
The interview begins with me explaining why there needed to be a part two, and it involves an illustration created to match a psychic vision during meditation (see link below). This was not an easy interview. Rachel’s story is heartbreaking, yet it's also a remarkable testament of hope and faith. Rachel and her husband Shane had a daughter, Kenadie. In 2018, they lost her to cancer. She was only ten years old, and grief shattered their lives. But amidst the darkness, signs began to appear—glimmers of hope, whispers of connection, and a path to something greater.

Rachel now runs an instagram page titled for11_together, a site dedicated to sharing stories of connection.

I didn't realize until the end of the interview, but this was Rachel's first time ever as a guest on a podcast. When she told me this, I was so grateful—this was a powerful and emotional conversation.

Earl Grey passed on to a better place on April 27th. He was MUFON State Director for Southern California. He was a beloved comrade in this small community of researchers and experiencers. I only met him once, but we had the chance to speak together a few times. He told a beautiful owl story on an interview he hosted a little less than a year ago.
