Mickey talks with Rickson Gracie Black Belt Henry Akins of Hidden Jiu Jitsu. Akins shares his personal story moving from Oklahoma to L.A. to fully immerse himself in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After establishing himself near the top his craft, Akins became a prominent MMA coach and started the Hidden Jiu Jitsu website.

During the interview Henry Akins discusses the early history of MMA, moving out to Las Vegas and his current lifestyle as a traveling BJJ trainer.
