Dr. Paul H. Smith is a retired U.S. Army intelligence officer, philosopher of consciousness, and one of the military’s original remote viewers trained under the classified Stargate Program. Paul holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from the UT Austin, where his research focused on the nature of consciousness and the implications of psi phenomena. He is the author of Reading the Enemy's Mind and The Essential Guide to Remote Viewing. He's also a leading voice at the intersection of military intelligence and psi phenomena.
