High & Low

The final portion of Blake Lively's complaint filed against Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer for alleged misconduct and a PR smear campaign. Enlightening information is shared via actual text messages that seem to make clear why Justin's messaging and behavior during the launch of the movie was so very different from the rest of the cast. Text messages between his PR and crisis comms team detail the lengths famous people can go to when focused on maintaining or building a positive persona - or working to destroy someone else's. Then, the recent blowback from PR land about allegations of firings v. resignations, client stealing, and ethical lines of the work they do.

Sharing details and information from the legal complaint filed by Blake Lively's attorneys on Friday December, 20 that alleges rampant inappropriate conduct on the set of It Ends With Us. The complaint shares her perspective as to what life was like during the initial weeks of shooting the film in early May, through when strikes shut down production, and her efforts to improve the work atmosphere before filming resumed in early 2024. The list of allegations spans repeatedly making comments about women's bodies, mentioning porn, asking lewd questions, a lack of boundaries, and a seemingly unprofessional production team. Part 5 will cover what happened with the marketing and public relations efforts for the actors after the film had wrapped.

Dorit's DGAF season continues to give and give as the episode shows us various topics, from Sutton supporting Garcelle's move into her renovated beach house, Jennifer Tilly's Bel Air real estate collection, Boze's travels, Kyle's self love, and Erika's affinity for pizza and delusion - yet none are as entertaining as watching Dorit pop off on a smug Camille. That moment comes during a western fetish party Kyle throws, complete with mechanical bull, tattoo station, errant saddles, and wagon wheel decor. Sutton's attempts to lead the charge into a sorority atmosphere once again fall flat and lead to a cinematic masterpiece of mockery and contempt that results in Dorit snapping and not holding back, however much Erika tries to rein her in.

As the ladies make their way to Mexico, we see Meredith gearing up to confront Angie, Bronwyn and Lisa navigating their tense frenemy situation, and Mary confiding in Angie about her son and that she'll be joining the group late to make sure he's okay. Once in Puerto Vallarta, Lisa's meticulous planning backfires when Bronwyn feels slighted by her room assignment - as Britani feels emboldened by hers. All things come to the surface at dinner, along with more haircare tips, and some beefs are squashed as others continue to go strong.

BONUS: Details on Bronwyn's injuries from a dog attack and how she dealt with it in light of two lawsuits being filed recently regarding their own dogs allegedly attacking delivery people.

After an acknowledgment of chaotic school requests, holiday tasks, and a story about orbs, we settle in for a nice recap. The ladies pick up on a "to be continued" tiff at dinner in Mission Beach between Dorit and Kyle as the rest of the group watches the back and forth like a tennis match - and cringes as conversation devolves into a tangent about John Mellencamp's daughter, courtesy of Garcelle. The battle seems to fizzle while out to sea, only to gear back up as the ladies prepare to take to the sky. Sutton attempts to focus on sisterhood, friendship, and being open with each other but her plans are misunderstood by Dorit who's been fielding critiques from all sides. Meanwhile, Kathy continues to give us comedic relief and outstanding floral arrangements, Kyle brushes up on her wacky faces amidst interpersonal conflict a la Amsterdam, and Boze and Jennifer Tilly observe and try to enjoy themselves despite it all.

Updates on the case as it stands with a disclaimer that Luigi should be viewed as a suspect, innocent until proven guilty, not definitively guilty until that is proven in court. Analyzing details of his online footprint and alleged evidence has provided more seemingly hidden messages that are reviewed before asking questions that arise when debating his connection. The topic that super cedes all others is the unity of the majority, the wave of their discontent that is calling out the abuse and misdeeds of privatized healthcare and insurance that has resulted in prioritization of money over health. As voices get louder, we're also witnessing a suppression of related content and an eagerness to make an example out of a woman who said specific words in anger after being denied a claim this week. Also, a look at civil unrest through a historical lens, morality policing, and why this next generation isn't as phased by violence as their elders may expect.

A full rundown of what we currently know about the alleged United Healthcare vigilante, including the details of his arrest and charges in both PA and NY, his education, upbringing, life, and events that may have served as the catalyst for his actions. After wading through potential easter eggs and hidden messages he may have planned, we'll review his social media footprint that paints a picture of a young man questioning ethics and morality while struggling with ongoing health issues and pain. Throughout, the intent is to be clear about facts vs. media spin and recognize the eagerness that news sources seem to have to plant seeds of partisan discontent in a moment when the majority has found themselves unified.

BONUS: fun facts about how much Americans spend on healthcare and a rant about the Governor of Pennsylvania using his press conference to chide and shame

After an update on new details about the United Healthcare vigilante, now known as The Adjuster, a recap of the last two episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills begins. I catch up on E2 where viewers learned more cringeworthy information about PK, Kyle's issues with Dorit, Erika's ongoing fixation with money, and a framed picture Kyle can't seem to step to. Then, Kathy treats us to a beachside outing, filled with thoughtful touches, games, and fun elements - for Kyle to poop on. The culmination of the episode is Dorit once again standing up to Kyle and again refusing to accept blame for how she's been treated.

After a summary of this week's NYC United Healthcare vigilante and witnessing the anger our country's greedy insurance companies have sown, we get into recapping the latest two episodes of Salt Lake City. The ladies try "camping" for an afternoon, Mary and her son have a heart to heart that has us rooting for them, and Angie and Lisa find peace as more infighting kicks off. At Meredith's bat mitzvah, several feuds come to a head with Angie taking on almost everyone and coining the term "high bodycount hair".
