Jealousy, comparison, betrayal… we’ve all felt them. Discover what’s really behind these patterns between women.
Have you ever felt excluded by other women, struggled to trust female friendships, or caught yourself judging another woman before you even knew her? You’re not alone. These patterns run deep, far deeper than most of us realise.
In this episode of Higher Self Mastery, I explore what’s known as the Sister Wound — the hidden emotional and cultural conditioning that keeps women competing, comparing, and disconnecting from one another. Born from centuries of suppression, it continues to play out in subtle ways today, in our workplaces, our friendships, and even on the playground. This is not just an adult issue. It touches women and girls of every age.
Through personal stories and reflection, I share:
✨ How early experiences of rejection and comparison shape our adult relationships
✨ The unspoken ways women still silence or diminish each other, often without meaning to
✨ Why recognising and healing these patterns is essential for restoring trust, connection, and genuine sisterhood
This conversation follows on from last week’s episode, The Witch Wound, which explores how centuries of feminine suppression shaped the way we show up today. Together, these two episodes reveal the bigger picture of how women can rise above old conditioning and lead from power, compassion, and unity.
If this episode resonates, share it with a sister or friend who’s ready to rise beside you. Healing begins when we choose to lift each other higher.
These patterns are a silent inheritance passed down through generations of women who were forced to hide their true nature to survive. If you have ever been told you are “too much,” learned to stay quiet to keep the peace, or held yourself back so you do not outshine others, you are not alone.
In this two-part mini-series, we begin by exploring the Witch Wound. This is the ancestral and cultural scar left by generations of women who were shamed, silenced, or punished for their power, intuition, and connection to nature.
Before “witch” became a Halloween costume, it was a word for wise women, healers, teachers, and intuitives who trusted their inner knowing. Over time, that energy was distorted, mocked, and feared. The impact did not disappear. It simply moved into our bodies, our beliefs, and our behaviour.
Today it can show up as self-silencing, people-pleasing, fear of being judged, holding back your ideas, or shrinking your presence so you feel safer. This episode invites you to see those patterns not as personal failings but as symptoms of a much older story you have inherited.
In this episode, I share:
Make sure to join me again next week for part two of this series, where we explore the Sister Wound. That episode uncovers how this ancient pattern appears as competition, comparison, and disconnection between women. We have all experienced it, so come and find out why it happens and what you can begin to do to change it.
True self-love isn’t fluffy, it’s foundational. What looks like simple self-care is often sacred ritual in disguise. Each time you honour your needs through rest, reflection, or taking that quiet bath, you strengthen your inner sense of worth. This episode explores how self-love and self-worth dance together, and how tending to one naturally restores the other.
The topic of self-love is vast, and it can take many forms. From running a warm bath or taking quiet time to journal, to investing in yourself or setting stronger boundaries.
Self-worth is just as deep. It lives in the beliefs you hold about who you are - beliefs shaped by childhood, society, and even ancestral stories.
In this episode, I explore how these two are forever linked in a delicate dance. When one falls down, the other follows. When one rises, both flourish. One cannot exist without the other.

Start where you are. Each loving act is a reminder of your worth, and every moment of worthiness deepens your capacity to love yourself.
True power isn’t in forcing. It’s in learning the waves of your energy, when to rest, when to create, and when to lead.
If you’ve ever felt tired of forcing your way through life, this episode is your reminder to stop pushing and start listening to your body, your energy, and your rhythm.
It’s time to remember what’s natural for us as women. To reclaim the wisdom of our feminine, lunar, and seasonal cycles, and shed the masculine skin we’ve been taught to wear — the one that no longer fits, no longer serves, and quietly drains our power.
When we return to our true rhythm, we come back into balance. We move with nature instead of against it.
We become unstoppable.
If something in you knows it’s time to live and lead in a softer, wiser way, come listen. You might just remember the rhythm your soul has been craving.
If you don’t choose what you want, your past will choose for you. This episode invites you to dream boldly, set clear intentions, and become an active co-creator of your next chapter.
We are always co-creating our lives, with or without awareness. The question is, do you want to create with intentional design or according to your past experiences?
In this episode of Higher Self Mastery, I share how the simple act of creating a clear vision becomes one of the most powerful practices you can have. When you take the time to consciously dream, you stop living on autopilot and begin to align with the frequency of what you actually want to experience.
You’ll hear:
• Why clarity of vision determines the results you attract
• How to stop repeating old patterns and start creating new outcomes
• Why this is the perfect time of year to start visioning for what’s next
This episode is a timely reminder that you’re always sending a signal to the Universe. The question is, what are you broadcasting?
Start carving out sacred time to sow the seeds of your dreams. Begin now, so you can move into the next season clear, grounded, and ready for what’s to come.

The words you speak to yourself shape your emotions, actions, and results. In this episode, we explore why conscious self-talk is one of the most powerful steps in self-mastery.
We all have an inner dialogue that quietly shapes our reality, often without us realising it.
How you speak to yourself determines how you feel, how you act, and what you ultimately create in life.
You’ll hear:
Your internal dialogue sets the tone for your relationships, your work, and your sense of self-worth.
Start listening to the way you speak to yourself, because your words don’t just describe your life, they create it.
Your words are spells. Speak them wisely.
A candid story about worth, approval and integrity: how “I’m not good enough” fed perfectionism, paralysis and shame.
A candid personal story about self-worth, approval seeking and integrity: how “I’m not enough” scripts led to creative paralysis, procrastination and shame.
We all carry stories from childhood that quietly shape the way we show up as adults. In this episode, I’m sharing one of mine.
For me, the core wound was the belief: “I’m not good enough.”
It’s a story that crept into my coaching business through perfectionism, resistance, and a deep pull for external validation.
This isn’t a polished success story. It’s a raw reflection on:
Perfectionism takes many forms: missed promises, constant over-delivering, or simply never feeling like you measure up. If that sounds familiar, you’ll recognise yourself in this story.
My hope is that you’ll feel less alone, and see that being human, imperfect, and still in process is part of the path to wholeness.
Tune in to hear the full journey.
Forgiveness isn’t about them. It’s about you. Harbouring resentment blocks your dreams. Clear the flow to receive what you truly want.
Forgiveness isn’t about the other person. It’s about you. In this episode, we explore how resentment quietly clogs your inner “hosepipe,” limiting what you can receive, and how a simple daily loving-kindness practice can clear the flow so more abundance can reach you.
It is subtle work, but it is not to be underestimated. Think of it as the energetic equivalent of brushing your teeth. You wouldn't do that once in a while, when you felt like it. Imagine the state of your teeth! This is no different, a daily energy cleanse.
You’ll learn:
Begin today. Start where you are. Clear a little each day.
Notice how light you begin to feel. Notice the blessings that begin to arrive.
The Autumn Equinox invites us to pause, give thanks, and let go. Learn how this seasonal marker can help you reset your rhythm and prepare for the months ahead.
The autumn equinox marks one of the most balanced points of the year, where day and night share equal space. It is the threshold where we officially leave summer behind and move into autumn, into the quieter and slower months ahead.
It is a time to give gratitude for all that summer has brought us, to release what will not serve us as we move forward, and to begin returning to the sacred practices that root and sustain us.
In this episode, I share how you can honor this seasonal shift and align with the natural rhythm of autumn. You’ll learn why the equinox is such a powerful marker for reflection, how it can influence your energy and pace of life as you move forward, and ways to begin creating simple and sacred practices that bring you back into balance.
This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about remembering who you are when you live in rhythm with the cycles of nature and letting those rhythms guide you, so you can navigate the darker months to come with flow, grace, and ease.
Confused about chakras? You’re not alone. Here’s the clear, practical guide no yoga class ever has the time to give you.
They’re mentioned in yoga, meditation, and spiritual circles all the time. But what actually are chakras — and why should you care about them in your everyday life?
In this beginner-friendly episode, I strip away the mystery and explain what chakras really are, where they’re located, and how they affect the way you show up.
When these energy centres are out of balance, it shows up in very real ways.
Do you often feel like you have to shout to be heard? That could be the sign of an overactive throat chakra.
Or maybe you live in a constant state of fear, which could point to an underactive root chakra.
By the end of this conversation, you’ll have a clear understanding of how your chakras influence the way you react, respond, and show up in different areas of your life — and simple ways to begin bringing them back into balance.
