Fancy Broccolini Sandwich (inspired by Brickfields) - roast some broccolini with this amazing Muraca spicy hot cream peppers from Harris Farm, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix some more chilli into some mayo, add scamorza cheese over the top, add a cheat’s salsa verde (parsley, vinegar, capers), add lettuce, melt in a panini press.
