We conclude our series by exploring the final Candle of Advent, which reminds us of the wonderfully simple, yet wonderfully profound truth the God loves you.

This week, as we light the Candle of Good News, we remember that God is faithful to His promises, and is still present and at work, even in difficult circumstances.

Jesus welcomes a woman who lived a sinful life by forgiving her and receiving her well-and sending her away whole. May we, like the woman, be compelled by Jesus' extravagant and undeserved gift to us, and show love and welcome in our time and place.
