Historic confirmation hearings begin for Supreme Court nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first black woman ever nominated. CNN Supreme Court Reporter Ariane de Vogue joins to discuss Judge Jackson’s career, judicial philosophy and the questions she answered today in court.

President Zelensky says Mariupol is “reduced to ashes, but it will survive”. That, as the U.S. warns attacks on Ukraine are growing more dangerous for civilians as Russian forces are “desperate” for momentum. Plus, President Biden is to hold urgent talks with NATO about the invasion of Ukraine and a Polish family takes in 46 Ukrainian war refugees.
