For some, weighing every day is helpful. It's a tool to measure their success or what needs tweeking. For the rest of us, it's a source of guilt, frustration and even shame. Many of us are defined by numbers. Why? If our reaction to the number on the scale is an emotional one, this is a sign of a much bigger problem. Today I talk about steps we can take to overcome the feelings that defeat us not only when we weigh ourselves, but when we view our bodies as something less than glorious.
