Today on the podcast, Kirsten is joined by Melissa Kupsch, a qualified Homeopath with a special interest in Fertility, Women's & Children's Health. Melissa graduated from Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2015 and has completed a Bachelor of Science [Honours] in Homeopathy. Through homeopathy, Melissa has helped countless couples worldwide to achieve healthy pregnancies and nurture their health through her passionate approach to holistic healthcare. Melissa is also a wife and mother to three young boys and uses homeopathy to support her family's wellness daily. She also helps her clients do the same at home with the Homeopathic First Aid Kit. 

In this episode, Melissa talks us through what Homeopathy is, how it can be used to support us physically and mentally; and what you can expect when working with homeopathic remedies.
