The Importance of July26th in Real Estate. What does July 26th mean in real estate for buyers and sellers? Depending on the loan and time frame July 26th marks the time when you should be under agreement on a home if you have children who will be changing school systems. This puts you close to closing on the home just before school starts again. This week we go over why this date is important.

Setting the Mood to Sell. Setting the perfect mood to sell your home is like sitting in a nice restaurant with great lighting and scenery. Adding flowers or mulch, cleaning the pool, cutting the lawn are great examples of creating that curb appeal for the home. We left 2019 on a high and when COVID hit a lot of people started rushing to get a home. Now that we are working to open back up from a lock down the market is getting saturated with buyers who want a new home. Inventory is low and prices are climbing, but we have always seen a climb in pricing here in Massachusetts. We go over what the market is doing now, what it might do later, and try to predict the future.
