Civility in Real Estate. We are all a bit stressed with what is going on in the world but don't let that ruin a real estate deal. Far too often we have seen deals make it or break it because of little things that should not have been. From both sides, either buyers or sellers, while on the market or going to the closing table, issues can be avoided if both parties can accommodate each other. In this weeks episode we go over what the buyer and seller can do to make a transaction go very smooth and both sides be happy.

Is it a Buyer's or Seller's Market. This week's episode we discuss what type of market we might be expecting now that it looks like we might be at the back end of this COVID-19 pandemic. We ended 2019 on a strong market where there were more buyers than there was homes in the market. Deals had been put on hold or frozen because of funding, furlough, sickness, or fear. Now we are seeing those deals spring back to life and finish. 2020 looks like it could be one heck of a ride in real estate.

The Reopening in Real Estate. This weeks episode we go over the reopening plan for Massachusetts, what this has to do with real estate, and what it means for the market. A lot of people will be returning to work after May 25th and this means that most of the deals that were put on hold due to being furloughed will be active again. A lot of buyers will be able to have that financing approved again, and sellers will be coming on the market. We go over all this in this weeks podcast and what we might be expecting in the future if the reopening goes to plan.

Tackling Your To-Do List. This week we wanted to go over how to tackle your to-do list now that most of us are sitting at home staring at projects. We will go over how to create your to-do list so that it doesn't overwhelm you and overall how to handle bigger projects. We also discuss where you might be able to save some money on larger projects that you might hire a contractor for.

Stay at Home Mother's Day Gifts. Mother's Day is fast approaching and with the world staying inside to stay safe from COVID-19, you might be wondering what you will be getting your mother. In this episode we go over a few great ideas for gifts that you can either order for your mother or do to help her out. No matter what you do or get for your mother she will always know that you put some thought into it and made her feel special. Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers, stay safe.
