In 2017, Israel Wayne traveled to speak at a homeschooling conference in St. Petersburg, Russia. One of the speakers and interpreters from English to Russian at that conference was a respected and influential Russian pastor named Andre Furmanov. Andre and his wife are homeschooling parents of three daughters and they share their story of how they learned about home education and decided to pursue it for their family.
