So often we lose ourselves trying to do bad to others because that's what they have done to us. It sounds like a trivial thing but so many of us are miserable because we are pushing to be someone we are not. Instead of acting in because of the actions of others, do what you please despite what they do. Be you! Love despite not because.

It is okay to make sacrifices to let others have their way at times. However, it is not okay to lose who you are while doing so. It is also definitely not okay to depend on someone else to make you happy because no one should have that much power over you. Sometimes you just have to proudly take the highway.

Some people will forever be distracted from the many blessings they possess by the wants they have. Some things will never be enough and some people will never be pleased but I want you to be reminded, no matter what is happening around you there is always something to be grateful for.

Sometimes because of the way we view life we are haulted and haunted in life. Depression and stress seem to live wherever we go but maybe with a different view, a different method or a different driving force we may be able to reach the goals we set out for ourselves. Change your "should have been" by changing your mindset.

So often we hear people try to justify their actions as the effect of someone else's actions. Though they made the choice to do these things, they still create a cause and effect relationship as the reason for which it occured. In this episode we talk about two common examples and end with tips on how to go about changing these habits.

So many of us believe avoiding the hurt is the best option we have. Sometimes it really does feel that way and we forget that there is a consequence for each action. We often forget how damaging it truly is when we don't face our pains. This episode talks about moments of hurt we avoid and gives a little advice of why you should face the pain.

After completing studies, we sometimes experience a level of depression we never knew existed. Sometimes it overwhelms us and it is difficult to navigate because it's not something that is talked about. Regardless, it exists and I hope you'll find this useful.

Sometime we find ourselves torn between money and passion... If I choose money, I'll have everything I want but will I be fulfilled?? If I choose my passion, will I be able to afford everything I want in life?? Sometimes we just have to step away from the situation to be able to chose wisely.
