People can only help us to a point since we are often blinded by the illusions before us. I still want to remind us that we are indeed enough. Tell yourself that much on days when you feel down and out of it all. Just whisper to yourself "I am enough".

Never get so caught up in the status you think you hold, that you disregard yourself. You should be your first priority. You should stand firm for you. You should take first your health, strength and rejuvenation into account before anyone else's. You can't truly help someone heal if you yourself are broken. Stand for you first, then others.

The best things in life are earned. Hard work, dedication and a determination to the cause is always worthwhile. Don't short change what you put in. Don't ever think it's too much. To get the best out of life, you need to put in the best.

The moment you catch yourself wishing you were that next girl or guy, pack it up. Focus on something else. It's ok to emulate other but it's not okay to compare yourself to them. Yearn to be better than you were last week or last month; using your current state as the point from which your future growth will come.

For the next phase of your life, make a genuine effort to be better than you were without making any excuses for actions done. It is better to be truthful than excusing. No more excuses.
