Sometimes circumstances will have you second-guessing yourself. You'll find yourself wondering whether you are a true friend, but the proof is in the value added. The quality of time spent and the sacrifices given can easily be seen as nothing but at your core you know you gave your last, you gave you best and you chose to be present here instead of elsewhere. If that fails, reminisce on hard times as they do reveal true friends.

A lot of times there are person who will judge your madness without knowing that there is a method to that madness. Sometimes you just need a break to protect your mental health, because that's what matters. If you're drained you don't need to keep grinding, that's add damaging. Put your needs first. The things that you give your time to tell if you're wasting time and you know it. When you're feeling used, left out, etc; you need to check yourself

So many of us believe that we are adding zero value to life but that's not true. In the smallest ways we are impacting others. We are the reason some people are living and the reason some people are smiling. We are the reason some people are still pushing through. It's hard to believe that our messy life is doing anything for anyone, but it is. You are inspiring other way more than you think.

There's a strong misconception that you can only help people by giving them material things. Sure would be nice but not everyone can. Sometimes your character is all you have to give and that is all the help they need. Give a little kindness. Help someone cross the road, carry their grocery or even open the door. Simple acts of kindness count. It is of high value if for those who just want an ear you would listen and for those who need advice that you would share. Each one help the other. grow.

You can't sit around waiting for success to find you... well you can but you must anticipate a certain outcome. Whether you're a part of a unit or by yourself, you have to invest time and energy to reap the reward you so deeply desire. You can work hard, smart or efficiently, whichever you choose, as long as you're progressing and adding value to your life and anything you touch. Be excellent at whatever you choose, put your very best out there and success will find you.

If ever you feel as though you've reached a standstill or you've hit a plateau and you want to change everything because nothing seems to be working out. Remember, sometimes we just need to relax and refresh. Remember, from frustration and distress can come excellence. Remember, even in the season of stillness and nothingness there is still hope. Maybe just maybe what you need is to find a new approach.

You just never know what others are experiencing. Very often we feel we have a right to make comments on others light without knowing their stories. Some people are doing the best they can and we shouldn't act like their efforts aren't of worth. So when their light isn't as bright as you expect, remember you may be shining with loads of energy reserved while they may be using up every energy they have while still experiencing an external power drain. Offer to be a part of the repair instead of opting to ridicule.

You're way too bright a light to be covered up. Let nothing cause you to small up yourself or to dim your shine. You're an inspiration to other, a leader and even a motivator. Focus on the ones who are being impacted and keep impacting them. You're doing good, keep shining brightly.

Don't just stay in the space you don't want to be in. Make a conscious effort daily to be better than your yesterday. Remember you need to bounce back from that which make you feel less than yourself after you have bettered the foundation. Learn to love every part of you. Sometimes all we need to better cope with situations is to make better the grounds on which we go about dealing with them. You may not have the know how now but that doesn't mean you wont. Endeavor to grow and be better at protecting your space and treating with nuisances. You have time and the ability on your side so just do it. Better the foundation.💯
