The dinner party discussion centred around food, of course - the art of not writing recipes down, the trouble with fine dining, understanding our history through food, and disappointing the aunties in the kitchen... All over rum and ginger baked ribs, pickled beetroot, barbecued aubergine, Johnny cakes, and more.
