Do you feel enslaved to your past? Does the shame of something you’ve done or something that’s happened to you keep you from living in freedom and sharing your story with others? If so, you are definitely not alone!
Today’s guest, Lauren Sisler, is a two-time Emmy award-winning ESPN sports broadcaster. Best known for her sideline shimmy, she is also a former college gymnast but her story has not always been easy.
Lauren tragically and unexpectedly lost both of her parents within hours of each other to drug addiction - a struggle no one knew they had. For years Lauren struggled to share an authentic, “non sugar-coated” version of her story. Today, in addition to sideline reporting, Lauren is also a motivational speaker who has embraced her story and uses it to help inspire others.
From the moment I met Lauren, I not only loved her joy and passion for life but also came to admire her authenticity and ability to so beautifully communicate her story. I am so excited to introduce you to Lauren today and share her inspiring journey with you.
Grab a cup of coffee and join us as we learn how to truly embrace our own authentic stories and ultimately live in the freedom and hope that comes from that place.
