The relationships we have with our bodies can be complicated, challenging, and sometimes painful. It’s very easy to fall into a trap of either self-loathing, or bypassing our feelings altogether in order to project a false sense of positivity. Is there a better way? Is it possible to appreciate our bodies, while also striving to improve the areas that we feel need extra care? As we wonder through the woods, we’ll explore how powerful it can be to shift our focus to what our bodies can do and how our bodies feel rather than obsessing about how they look. Through ritual we can connect even more deeply to the magic within.
