Hoops for Hotties is back for another Thursday — the sports show for the girls, gays, theys, and the straight men who need us more than they'll admit.

This week is all about the NBA and WNBA and there is a lot to get into. On the NBA side, the Knicks are leading the 76ers 2-0, the Spurs and Timberwolves are going at it, the Pistons and Cavs are heating up, and we talk about why Victor Wembanyama is genuinely unfair. We also get into OKC vs. the Lakers and make the case for why OKC might just be too good right now.

But honestly the WNBA is the main event this week. The season starts tomorrow and the league looks completely different — 18 teams, more competition, and more storylines than ever. Kate Martin got waived by the Valkyries, Angel Reese is heading to Atlanta, Caitlin Clark is back with the Fever, and Paige and Azzi are playing together on the Dallas Wings. We break down the 2026 rookie class, who's winning Rookie of the Year, how cuts and waivers actually work in the W, and whether A'ja Wilson is about to have another historic season. We also get into officiating in the W and why the physicality is a real conversation.

Hoops for Hotties is back for another live show! 

This week has absolutely no chill. We open with the NBA Playoffs standings the Spurs eliminated Portland and Wemby is heading to round two, OKC swept the Suns, the Knicks are up 3-2 on the Hawks, the Celtics lead the Sixers 3-2, and we break down every series still standing.

Then we get into Tea Time because everybody is cheating this week chileee. Morgan Rittle and Taylor Fritz broke up, the Diana Russini and Mike Vrabel situation has more layers than we originally thought, Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson are officially done, Stephen A. Smith said what he said about Black women and we have opinions, and Klay's ex-girlfriend allegedly shared his cheating diary. The diary entry is something else.

This week is class is about the WNBA and NBA. WNBA free agency is already unhinged, Nneka *allegedly* got traded to the Lynx, and the draft is shaping up to be a whole conversation. On the college side, Michigan won their first men's March Madness title since 1999 and UCLA made history with their first ever women's championship.

I didn’t grow up a football fan but now I'm having fantasy opinions, a football routine, Joe Burrow stress, Josh Allen supremacy, and an unhealthy amount of emotion tied to missed kicks.

The broadcasts feel larger than life, linemen scoring feels sacred, special teams matter more than people admit, and yes… I’m already a Cowboys hater. NFL fans don’t love newcomers, but the playoff format is elite and I’m locked in now.
