Hey Hotties! 

Jaden Daniels sent a cease & desist to LSU over his jersey number, but that's not what this episode is really about.

The truth is: sports discourse is broken and I'm exhausted. The WNBA has become a political battleground from politicians and media figures  using women's basketball as a prop for culture war arguments. Sophie Cunningham, Caitlin Clark, trans debates, it's all being weaponized instead of being about the game.

I used to love sports drama because it made you want to turn on the game. Now it all feels heavy and political. Even the NBA Finals got ruined the moment politics showed up.

I'm part of the problem. I love sports gossip. But I'm tired of feeling bad watching something that's supposed to make me feel good. I want the game decided on the court, not off it. Something has to change.

This week was PACKED across all sports.

The World Cup final is Sunday! Messi's likely final World Cup ever up against Leineal. I'm rooting for Spain chileee!

I fell in love with the World Cup and here's what I learned watching it for the first time.

The World Cup is bigger than the Super Bowl and the Olympics combined. The passion is insane players cry, fans get time off work, countries stop everything to watch. One shot every four years means the stakes are REAL and I love it!

Hey Hotties NBA Free Agency is an absolute circus right now.

The Warriors are literally taking pay cuts to build a spite team. Draymond Green declined his $27.7 million player option to sign for less money and free up cap room so Golden State could chase LeBron James and Anthony Davis. They're pulling off the wildest financial manipulation to poach established players instead of developing young talent. It's villain-coded and we're here for the drama.

LeBron's decision is the biggest story of the offseason. He needs to go to Cleveland. Riding off into the sunset where it all started in his hometown is the only move that makes sense. The Heat and Cavaliers are also in the mix, but Cleveland is the only team where if they lose in the finals, his legacy isn't damaged. That's the narrative that needs to happen.

But that's just the beginning, the Knicks-Celtics beef is about to be INSANE. Giannis went to the Heat. LaMelo Ball is heading to the Wolves. John Morant quietly went to the Blazers. Kawhi Leonard is returning to the Raptors after the Clippers traded him back. James Harden is expected to go to Cleveland. Everyone is moving. Everyone is switching.

The Knicks just won the NBA Championship. 

Jalen Brunson threw up 45 points in Game 5 to close out the series this Finals run was one of the best in years. Fourth quarters were insane. Performances were insane. The Knicks barely led for 27% of the series but they won when it mattered. 

But let's talk about James Dolan being the absolute worst. He brought Trump to the Finals, disrupted the entire energy of the team, got security so tight that it threw off the whole operation, and then had the audacity to make the team go to the White House to parade them in front of him like dogs.

Messi scored a hat trick, the favorites are stumbling, and the World Cup is giving us stories we didn't expect. Make sure you watch or listen until the end!
