WED: Mars sextile Neptune, Jupiter semisquare Pluto, Mercury sextile Chiron
THU: Venus sextile Neptune, Mercury square Uranus
FRI: Mars square Eris
SAT: Venus square Eris
SUN: Sun semisquare Eris, Moon in Capricorn conjunct Venus, Mars, and Pluto
VENUS AND MARS ARE LINKED ARM IN ARM now, traveling side by side through the zodiac. Over the next two weeks, they will move together through the final degrees of Capricorn, cross paths with powerful Pluto on March 3, and enter Aquarius together on March 5. They will be within one degree of each other until March 13, and then will gradually separate. This "traveling conjunction" symbolizes the very complex set of circumstances that we are currently navigating.
When two planets conjoin, their energies blend together. If the two planets are compatible, they support each other and enhance each one's strengths. However, Venus is the goddess of harmony and Mars is the god of war. They represent the opposites of what we call "feminine" and "masculine" qualities. As such, the merging of their energies is something like trying to blend oil and water.
