James Lyons is a clinical nutritionist and expert health writer who specialises in transgender health. He is committed to advancing the field of nutrition to better address the needs of marginalised people of all kinds, and is passionate about educating fellow healthcare practitioners on cultural competency in treating trans and gender diverse clients. James draws on his own transitioning experience to create a space for his clients to access nutritional medicine with a practitioner who shares common language and cultural understanding.  Elizabeth and Jaci talk with James about how his business successfully combines his passion for nutrition with his  knowledge and experience of transgender health to create a valuable service for the LGBTIQ community. Cate Bakos completed a science degree with honours in Chemistry at Monash University in 1996, but property was her passion. She studied Property Services at Swinburne and founded Empower Wealth Property Advisory P/L in 2011 and in 2014 launched her current business Cate Bakos Property. She is a regular commentator in the media, holds the position of Vice President for the Real Estate Buyers Agents’ Association (REBAA), was a finalist in 2013 for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year and is the YIP Magazine’s Buyers Agent of the Year Award in 2018. Cate talks to Elizabeth and Jaci about the art of selling. As a buyers advocate she helps clients buy property but she is also in the business of selling Cate Bakos Property.

Suzanne Paul is an English-born New Zealand television personality and celebrity, who became famous for her Natural Glow product and roles as an infomercial  hostess and television presenter. She grew up in working class Wolverhampton and still has the distinctive working class English accent that helped make her famous in NZ. She went on to become a successful businesswoman and millionaire, in 2006 Suzanne won the Metro Magazine title of ‘Woman with the Most Integrity’ and won NZ’s  Dancing with the Stars the following year.  Suzanne joins Elizabeth to discuss the elements of her success and how to bounce back from adversity to victory
