Sunday coffee conversation with President Bill Kriebel discussed the experiences of OWCP and Formal A Beyond Training. We spoke about the CLC, its importance, and what it means. We discussed issues within the union, picking people for Leadership, and our thoughts on the current state of our National Union and what we think needs to be fixed. These two topics were very interesting, even though we went off-topic a few times.

Bill was asked why the union, why he got involved, and why he is so deeply into it. Then, I asked why he thinks the NBA is for him and discussed his mission and his goals.

We​ discussed why we got involved in the Union, the importance of Grievances and PDIs, the first 14 days of the Informal Step A investigating and request for information, note taking during PDIs and InFormal A, including Formal A, and setting up grievance files. Jeremy, you are the Formal A representative. You speak about the perfect grievance file.

The most important part of our conversation was discussing our experiences regarding training, specifically how we feel about our union's current state and what we think about fixing it.

We discuss Why we are still active in the union despite all these disappointments.

We discuss how we feel about the CLC and what Brother Corey Walton did for all of us to help this movement. Before we end this show, we discuss our memories of what got us into being union representatives and why it is important to us.
