Recently I did a video about the TOP updates that can be done to increase the resale value of a home. It wasn't until I began sharing that list (and video) with people and they started asking, "If there's a top list, does that mean there's a bottom list?" GREAT QUESTION!!

After doing some research and talking with experts in the field; I've compiled this list of WORST upgrades to a home that may hinder or decrease the desire (and potentially value).

I'm often asked, "What can I do to increase the resale value of my house?" (actually I was asked that the day I did this video and the day I uploaded this video 2 days later).

While there are a number of recommendations/suggestions people will be MORE than happy to share with you... They aren't always correct with what will actually help or increase the resale value of a home.

Here are my TOP 5 home improvements, when done properly, will help increase the value and/or resale of a home!
