On this week's episode, we start a series that takes a personal look into the effects of negative body image relating to weight, fat shaming, and diet culture in our society. 

On this episode, Jennifer Elmberg, Psychotherapist with Insight Counseling of Virginia and one of our hosts Alex, shares their own vulnerable journeys with this sensitive topic. Our goal is to start talking about a subject that many experience but few feel comfortable discussing openly. So enjoy and listen with care.
